Accounts Payable (Part Time)
Legend Management Group is an apartment management group that has served discerning residents for over 35 years. They are seeking a Part Time Accounts Payable professional to support the accounting team by managing weekly accounts payable duties and assisting with inquiries from internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
Receive and enter invoices
Review accuracy of invoices
Perform weekly payments to vendors
Respond promptly and professionally to questions from properties or vendors pertaining to Accounts Payable (received in person, by email, phone, etc)
Encourage and help team members
Demonstrate behaviors that cultivate a positive work culture
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and RealPage
