Responsibilities

Support the organization's ability to identify, assess, manage, and mitigate risks that could impact its strategic objectives, operations, and overall success

Foster a proactive approach to risk management, ensuring the organization is prepared to handle uncertainties while achieving its goals

Maintain accurate records and documentation of risk management activities

Collaborate with different departments to gather information and assess potential risks

Analyze data and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making processes

Required

A minimum of six years of analytical work experience

{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience

{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience

Preferred

Ability to identify, evaluate, and quantify risks across various domains (e.g., operational, financial, strategic, compliance, and reputational risks)

Experience with creating and maintaining risk registers

Proficiency in risk modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Monte Carlo simulations, heat maps, scenario planning), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel)

Expertise in conducting root cause analysis to understand the origins of risks and vulnerabilities

Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and trends related to risk exposure and ability to create clear, actionable, and detailed risk reports for senior management and collaborators
