Responsibilities

Build data-driven algorithms that power Garner’s recommendation engine

Deliver systems that proactively identify high-risk members and enable timely, customized care navigation interventions

Own the KPIs and metrics that we use to measure the success of our member activation efforts, engagement tactics, and doctor recommendations

Develop a strong understanding of the healthcare economy

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience using Python and SQL to build production, data-driven algorithms

Familiarity with optimization algorithms and applied machine learning techniques, including recommendation systems and gradient-boosted models (e.g., XGBoost)

Strong communication skills and the ability to synthesize complex information for both business and technical stakeholders
