Responsibilities

Create and manage project plans for various marketing and event activities

Organizes marketing activities to promote events

Manages event schedule and coordinates resources and travel required for event

Receives and responds to questions and concerns from event attendees

Creates new events and manages activities for events

Develops and implements policies, procedures, and staff training

Coordinates and plans logistics for events

Manages event schedule and coordinates travel

Organizes and orders necessary marketing materials for events

Tracks and reports on event spending and budgeting

Cross-department collaboration between accounting, application, marketing, and production

Assist sales, marketing, production, accounting, and application teams with projects as directed
