Responsibilities
Work closely with operations managers to ensure the correct development of the different yards
Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met
Ensure that all projects comply with company policies and EHS regulations
Manage CAPEX projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including training and mentoring
Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including senior management and operations staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management
5+ years of project management experience in the metal recycling industry
Strong understanding of process improvement principles and EHS practices
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
