They are seeking a Customer Engineer who will serve as a technical voice for users, troubleshoot production issues, and enhance the developer experience on their AI platform.

Responsibilities

Serve as the front line technical partner for customers and developers via Slack, email, video, and community channels
Troubleshoot production-level issues across APIs, webhooks, integrations, and AI workflows
Collaborate tightly with Engineering, Product, and Solutions teams to drive fast, correct resolutions
Write and maintain developer docs, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and onboarding resources
Build sample code, reference implementations, and lightweight tutorials
Identify recurring pain points and influence product roadmap improvements
Track and exceed response time, resolution quality, and developer satisfaction metrics
Become a trusted technical advisor to customers deploying their platform into real business workflows

Required

3+ years in technical support, customer engineering, solutions engineering, or similar roles
Strong debugging instincts and structured problem-solving ability
Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both developers and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working with APIs, SaaS platforms, integrations, or developer tools
Comfortable in fast-moving startup environments
High ownership, strong communication, and natural customer empathy
You might have started in sales or support, learned to code, and discovered you love living between people and product

Preferred

Experience supporting AI or LLM-powered platforms
Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, scripting, or lightweight coding
History of building developer documentation, training materials, or onboarding programs
Experience scaling support processes in high-growth SaaS companies
Strong analytical instincts — turning support data into product improvements
