Responsibilities

Lead FinOps initiatives and manage related projects, timelines, and deliverables
Own functional processes across PO, AP, AR, GL, and Fixed Assets
Design, optimize, and maintain end-to-end financial processes
Document and maintain FinOps processes and system mappings
Drive process improvements and change management initiatives
Standardize business practices using Dynamics 365 F&O best practices
Partner closely with Finance, Operations, and IT teams
Lead workshops and meetings with key users, SMEs, and functional leaders
Translate business requirements into functional ERP solutions
Support month-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations
Assist Operations with monthly P&L reviews and variance analysis
Monitor daily financial operations and ongoing initiatives
Lead system enhancements, updates, and testing efforts
Maintain functional documentation using Task Recorder and RSAT
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Finance-related processes

Required

5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience with Dynamics 365 F&O
Strong functional leadership and process-oriented mindset
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Strong analytical and account reconciliation capabilities

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)
Experience with Task Recorder, RSAT, Logic Apps
Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certifications
