Responsibilities
Independently initiate and complete routine in vitro studies in a timely and efficient manner with minimal supervision
Interpret experimental outcomes, propose appropriate follow-up experiments, and troubleshoot effectively
Assist in the design and execution of non-routine cell-based and biochemical assays, including exploratory experiments
Perform literature searches and extract relevant information from scientific publications and established protocols
Communicate work effectively both orally and in writing
Contribute to writing protocols, procedures, technical reports, and scientific summaries
Independently operate and maintain laboratory equipment; troubleshoot issues as needed
Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic lab notebooks (ELN) with a high level of data integrity and ethics
Perform all work in compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, and applicable regulations
Maintain proper records in accordance with company policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
Aseptic animal tissue culture techniques
Basic molecular biology techniques, including: Nucleic acid extraction, RT-PCR, Western blot, ELISA, Transfection
Experimental design, execution, and interpretation in cell-based and molecular assays
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies
Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and assist with integration into research workflows
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and GraphPad Prism for data analysis
Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment
Master's degree in a related scientific discipline (OR) Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant laboratory experience
Non-PhD candidates only
Preferred
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments is highly desirable
