4-H Youth Development Leader
The University of Maryland (UMD) is dedicated to fostering discovery, innovation, and entrepreneurship among its students. The 4-H Youth Development Leader will develop, coordinate, and deliver educational programs that engage youth through the 4-H program, while overseeing volunteers and establishing community partnerships.

Qualification
Required
Experience designing and implementing youth-focused educational programs
Strong skills in community engagement, public speaking, and outreach to diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and manage volunteers effectively
Proficiency in evaluating program impact and using data-driven strategies to guide improvements
Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
A bachelor's degree in education, youth development, social sciences or a related field
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Familiarity with 4-H programs
Experience working with diverse communities
Knowledge of Maryland's youth and community development needs
