Analyst II – Customer Contract Administration
Intellectt Inc is seeking an Analyst II to support customer service contracts by reviewing service-related terms and assessing risk. The role involves working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure compliant and customer-friendly responses to service agreements.
Responsibilities
Review customer contract redlines related to service, SLAs, and warranties
Assess risk and propose compliant alternatives
Review product eligibility for service contract renewals
Validate configurations and lifecycle status
Support accurate quoting and service execution
Manage assigned cases and projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in contract administration or service/support roles
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Office 365 (strong Excel required)
Experience with ERP/CRM systems
Preferred
Exposure to reporting or dashboard tools preferred
