Responsibilities
Assist in the design and execution of graphics for kids’ accessories and packaging across multiple product categories
Create production-ready artwork, layouts, and dielines for packaging and hangtags
Support seasonal collections by developing on-brand graphics, patterns, and illustrations
Collaborate with design, product development, and merchandising teams to meet project timelines
Prepare files for print, ensuring accuracy, color consistency, and compliance with packaging specifications
Make revisions based on internal feedback and retailer requirements
Organize and maintain digital assets, style guides, and artwork files
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
1–2 years of graphic design experience
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Understanding of print production, packaging layouts, and dielines
Ability to work within brand guidelines while maintaining a playful, kid-focused aesthetic
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to take direction and feedback
Preferred
preferably in accessories, packaging, or children's products
