10+ years expInApp is seeking a highly experienced SAP Functional Consultant to support SAP technical operations across various modules. The role involves managing organizational data, ensuring compliance with SAP security standards, and collaborating with business teams to optimize end-to-end processes.

Responsibilities
Support SAP technical operations across modules including Basis, Finance (FI), Order-to Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
Manage Organizational Data and Master Data setup, maintenance, and data quality initiatives
Develop and maintain roles and authorization structures to ensure secure and compliant system access
Perform data migration and mass updates using LSMW, BDC, and related tools
Support custom developments and troubleshoot issues involving ABAP objects in coordination with the development team
Assist in integration activities across modules and ensure smooth end-to-end business process operations
Collaborate with functional and business teams to capture requirements, validate solutions, and participate in testing cycles
Ensure adherence to SAP security standards, audit requirements, and best practices
Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement recommendations
Qualification
Required
Strong experience across SAP Basis, FI, O2C, and P2P business processes
Good understanding of Organizational Data, Master Data structures, and their interdependencies
Hands-on experience with Roles & Authorization, including user provisioning and access control
Working knowledge of LSMW, BDC, and data migration frameworks
Experience with ABAP basics for debugging and collaborating with developers
Ability to manage tickets, analyse issues, and work effectively in a multi-module environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Exposure to IAM solutions (Identity & Access Management)
