Responsibilities

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ServiceNow HRSD

Act as the primary liaison between HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders

Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements across HR functions (HR Ops, Employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits, etc.)

Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria

Drive configuration and enhancement of HRSD modules including:

Case & Knowledge Management

Employee Service Center

Lifecycle Events

HR Integrations

Prioritize backlog and manage demand using Agile/Scrum methodologies

Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices, platform standards, and security policies

Oversee UAT, release planning, and post-production support

Measure success using KPIs such as adoption, resolution time, employee satisfaction, and automation rates

Identify opportunities to improve employee experience through automation and self-service
