Responsibilities

Assist in setting up new projects in Pronto/EBS. This includes accurate contract documentation, administration, and maintenance, as well as fee and budget entry

Work autonomously on client invoicing and collections management

Work with section and project personnel to provide timely contract performance data and resolve financial issues

Coordinate the project accounting system within the department and work with technical staff to ensure compliance with contractual requirements

Provide detailed analysis and reporting on project or program status within an established system of project controls

Be responsible for analysis, developing and reporting associated with various project controls job duties, such as project baseline, work package agreements, cost control, cost estimation, earned value management (EVM), projections, variance analysis, schedules, project/program/portfolio integration or technical project reviews

Mentor junior project accountants as needed

Working with members of accounting to document processes and internal controls

Working within HDR’s Oracle (EBS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
