10+ years expP9 Cloud Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior Workday Solution Architect with deep expertise in Workday Financials. This role will lead the design, implementation, optimization, and governance of Workday Financials solutions across complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities
Plan and schedule team resources for project assignments
Provide regular status reporting and ensure timely completion of required documentation
Analyze, develop, and manage work plans and project schedules
Supervise and mentor team members and subordinates
Analyze business challenges and implement scalable, effective solutions
Facilitate requirements confirmation and review existing solution designs
Conduct gap analysis and recommend solution options and alternatives
Architect scalable and efficient Workday Financials solutions aligned with business needs
Design, develop, and implement Workday Financials modules including: Core Financials, Banking & Settlements, Accounting Center, Revenue Management, Contracts-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Grants and Projects
Optimize Grants Management processes, including: Pre- and Post-Award, Effort Certification, Subawards, Salary Cap, Award Budget Plans
Partner with implementation vendors to optimize integrations using: Workday Studio, EIB, BIRT, REST / SOAP APIs, Prism Analytics
Identify and implement Workday Extend solutions to address functional gaps
Develop automated workflows for: Payroll Reconciliation, Revenue Recognition, Expense Processing, Subaward Tracking
Guide development of advanced composite and matrix reports, dashboards, and analytics
Enhance financial visibility and decision-making through robust reporting frameworks
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, federal grant regulations, and industry-specific standards
Design and implement: Security frameworks, Data governance strategies, Foundation Data Model (FDM) structures
Lead large-scale ERP migrations from legacy platforms (e.g., PeopleSoft) to Workday with minimal disruption
Qualification
Required
Workday Certifications (Active through 2025 R1): Core Financials, Banking & Settlements, Revenue Management, Grants Management, Accounting Center, Contracts-to-Cash
10+ years in ERP implementations
7+ years dedicated to Workday Financials
Technical Expertise: Workday Studio, EIB, BIRT, REST/SOAP APIs
Cross-functional modules including Adaptive Planning, Prism Analytics, and Extend
Proven experience with US GAAP and federal grants compliance
Preferred
5–7 years of experience with multi-tenant Workday Financials deployments in the public sector
5–7 years of expertise designing and implementing Accounting Center for: Cash-basis reporting, Advanced financial allocations
5–7 years of experience leading PeopleSoft to Workday ERP migrations
