Responsibilities

Provide high level customer service support for the assigned Branches and maintain field force Contract, Licensing and Registration records

Function as an information resource and quality control

Under general supervision, enter, update and maintain all records regarding new hire processing, individual licensing and registration needs

Review and process the initial FINRA form U4s, Departments of Insurance License/Appointment applications, Appointment renewals and Contracting updates for candidates

Update and maintain candidate records using external and internal systems and applications

Good team player and willing to learn additional support functions, as needed

Proficient knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications

Preferred

Knowledge of SEC, FINRA and State

Bachelor's degree preferred

1+ years experience in Finance or Insurance industry preferred
