Epstein is seeking a seasoned Senior Electrical Engineer / Project Manager to lead electrical design projects across residential, commercial, and high-rise developments in South Florida. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and ensuring high technical standards.

Human Resources

Responsibilities

Lead and manage electrical design projects from concept through construction
Produce electrical plans, specs, and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD
Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, structural, and architectural teams
Perform load calculations, power and lighting design, grounding, and code compliance reviews
Review and seal drawings as a Florida-licensed PE
Serve as primary client and contractor liaison throughout the project lifecycle
Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to quality standards
Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Active Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license
5–10 years of MEP electrical design experience

Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Ability to work full-time on-site in Fort Lauderdale

Preferred

Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
