This position combines financial analysis with technical responsibilities, supporting ERP systems and partnering closely with IT and accounting teams.

Responsibilities
Perform financial analysis and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within financial systems, including interface error resolution and reconciliations
Partner with IT teams on ERP configurations, system enhancements, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Develop and maintain documentation for financial systems processes and configurations
Utilize SQL for data analysis and reporting; support financial systems integration
Act as a liaison between finance and technology teams to ensure smooth operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2–3+ years in financial analysis within a large enterprise environment
Strong understanding of financial statements and ERP systems
Solid technical skills: SQL, financial systems integration, UAT experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
Big 4 experience is a plus, but not required
ERP Systems (Oracle preferred)
