Responsibilities
Migrate Windows laptops between Microsoft tenants
Re-enroll devices in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Support SSO setup and troubleshooting
Configure, re-image, and troubleshoot laptops
Provide onsite Tier 1–2 end-user support during migration
Assist users with Microsoft 365 access issues
Qualification
Required
Prior experience on an IT support / helpdesk team
Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) and SSO
Strong Windows laptop and hardware support experience
Comfortable working onsite every day in Boca Raton
