Responsibilities

Gather requirements from business stakeholders to design and deliver impactful reporting and dashboard solutions

Build and maintain scalable data models in Power BI, including calculated columns, measures, and DAX expressions

Create visually engaging, interactive dashboards that support business insights and data-driven decisions

Integrate and manage data from multiple sources, including SQL, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, and cloud environments

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization across reports and dashboards

Implement governance policies, including row-level security (RLS) and access control

Document BI solutions and deliver training or user support as needed

Partner with data engineers and analysts to enhance data integration and automation pipelines

Identify and resolve data quality or refresh issues proactively

Stay current with Power BI updates, features, and best practices to continuously improve dashboard performance
