Responsibilities
Creation of precast models using Revit
Coordination with the client as well as other engineering disciplines
Coordinating drafting team activities necessary to complete projects
Handling project assignments and work schedules
Detailing structural systems for commercial and manufacturing facilities. Systems include steel, concrete, and masonry. Precast concrete experience a plus
Manage client projects as they pertain to precast drafting
Supervising and checking the work of structural designers and sub-consultants
Coordinating technical project requirements with project team members, including clients, project managers, designers, and engineers, as well as other disciplines
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in AutoDesk Revit modeling software (5+ years)
Ability to work independently and as a strong team player
Proven ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Preferred
Experience with the precast concrete design industry a plus
Experience in AutoCAD a plus
Associate's degree in related field a plus
