Responsibilities
Develop new customer-facing applications and features using SharePoint (Online and related Microsoft platforms)
Maintain and enhance existing SharePoint applications and features
Partner with business analysts and end users to elicit, analyze, and clarify requirements
Translate business and security needs into technical requirements and implementation plans
Produce and update technical documentation (designs, status reporting, and related artifacts)
Learn and adopt new tools/approaches as the environment evolves
Support other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Active Secret security clearance
12+ years of proven software design and development experience
7+ years developing with SharePoint 2016/2019, SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and related Microsoft applications
Strong experience with SharePoint, Power Platform, Modern Pages, SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio
Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, APIs, XML, CSOM/JSON, AJAX, IIS
Experience with source control such as TFS or GitHub
Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to collaborate across all levels
Preferred
Microsoft PL-400 (Power Platform Developer Associate)
Microsoft Dynamics experience
Development experience in Azure environments
PowerShell
Data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Additional languages and testing tools (e.g., Python, C#, C++, automated testing)
