Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships
Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle on your own roles
Manage client briefings, candidate processes, negotiations, and offer closures
Build and maintain a strong network of clients and candidates in the U.S. tech market
Work toward clear revenue and placement targets with transparent KPIs
Qualification
Required
Commercially driven and motivated by performance and financial success
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Resilient, organized, and comfortable working toward targets
Interest in business, sales, and technology markets
No prior recruitment experience required; full training provided
