Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions. This role will provide critical administrative and coordination support across recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement during a key transition period.
Responsibilities
Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates
Support candidate communications, offer tracking, and onboarding logistics
Prepare and process new hire documentation, I-9s, and background checks
Assist with new hire orientation coordination
Maintain accurate digital and physical employee personnel files
Audit HR records for compliance and completeness
Enter and update employee data in HRIS systems
Support HR reporting and compliance activities
Assist with internal HR communications and announcements
Support employee lifecycle processes (promotions, transfers, separations)
Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR events
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
Preferred
Experience with HRIS systems
