They are seeking a Senior Auditor to develop and expand their delegated audit offering, focusing on Coverholder and Delegated Claims Administrator audits, while leading initiatives to strengthen their presence in global markets.

Responsibilities
Plan, conduct, and lead delegated authority audits, including Coverholder and DCA reviews, ensuring thorough evaluation of underwriting, claims handling, and compliance practices
Produce detailed, high-quality audit reports with actionable findings and strategic recommendations
Oversee audit quality and consistency, mentoring and supporting other auditors where required
Lead delegated authority audit strategy – shape and enhance our Coverholder and DCA audit services, ensuring they remain best-in-class
Drive divisional growth – partner with leadership to identify new opportunities and expand our footprint across global markets
Engage with the market – strengthen relationships with Lloyd’s, brokers, carriers, and MGAs to build visibility and trust
Support business development – contribute to marketing, tenders, and proposals to showcase our delegated audit expertise
Champion innovation – support the creation of new audit tools, digital processes, and data-led reporting solutions
Monitor trends and competitor activity – bring market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and service evolution
Promote collaboration – work cross-functionally across Davies to share insight and leverage wider capabilities
Represent Davies – act as a senior ambassador at industry events and forums, reinforcing our leadership in the delegated authority space
Qualification
Required
Significant experience in delegated authority auditing (Coverholder, DCA, or TPA audits) within the Lloyd's and/or London Market
Deep understanding of delegated arrangements, governance frameworks, and compliance standards
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with brokers, carriers, and managing agents
Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and commercially aware mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required
Preferred
Experience managing international audit programmes is advantageous
