The Experienced Senior, Forensics Fusion Program Manager is responsible for validating, analyzing, and reporting on client business requirements while supervising associates and contributing to business development.

Responsibilities
Participates in project scoping and the translation of business and program requirements into Fusion system and technical requirements
Provides program implementation services in the Fusion Risk Management (Fusion) platform to a variety of clients
Documents requirements for client validation and user acceptance testing
Works with Fusion architect to ensure viability and sustainability of configuration solutions
Stays apprised of the latest releases and functionality in Fusion
Follows codified deployment and change set procedures
Supports forensic assignments related to program and process implementation
Develops and executes data ingestion, cleansing, and tracking processes
Analyzes data sets
Prepares high-quality deliverables to ensure client satisfaction
Maintains a proactive and logical approach to information gathering, combining complex ideas, and clear and effective information presentation
Contributes to and leads internal initiatives to improve processes, develop standard procedures, research new tools, and create new offerings
Builds strong internal relationships within BDO’s forensics practice and with other services across the Firm
Acts with professionalism and integrity when working with confidential and sensitive information
Supervises the day-to-day workload of Senior Associate and Experienced Associates on assigned engagements and reviews work product
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, required; focus in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Systems, preferred
Three (3) or more years of experience in process definition, required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree, required; focus in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Systems, preferred
Three (3) or more years of experience in client-facing data analytics consulting, preferred
Experience in maintaining client relationships, preferred
Experience in the following areas, preferred: Business Continuity, Risk and Compliance, IT Disaster recovery, Crisis Management, Software Deployment, Compliance Operations, Design Thinking Methodologies
Fusion Risk Management or Salesforce, preferred
Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle certifications, preferred
Tableau or Power BI certification, preferred
Experience with Salesforce or Fusion Risk Management, preferred
Ability to write SQL queries and manage large data sets within SQL Server or other databases to support various forensic reporting, preferred
Experience with data profiling and data management tools, preferred
Experience with data visualization software, preferred
