Responsibilities

Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, including RFx (RFP/RFQ) processes and vendor evaluations

Own corporate requisition and purchasing processes

Negotiate complex contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs)

Manage contract intake, reviews, and governance activities

Partner with Accounts Payable on vendor setup, invoice processing, and payment support

Develop and deliver stakeholder training on procurement, contract management, and S2P processes

Manage maintenance and service agreements, including spend, usage, and discount validation

Support special projects such as contract automation, vendor governance, and process improvement
