Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for operational teams

Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support operational improvements
Collaborate with non-technical users to understand business needs and deliver clear insights
Support team projects and ad hoc reporting requests as needed
Qualification
Required
1–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role; open to recent graduates with relevant internship experience
Strong Power BI development experience, including dashboards and reporting
Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
