Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy interactive reports and dashboards using Salesforce CRM Analytics, Power BI, and Tableau Cloud

Integrate, transform, and validate data from Salesforce Education Cloud, flat files, and AWS Redshift/PostgreSQL to construct unified analytical datasets

Develop and maintain advanced formulas, expressions, and calculated fields within BI tools to support complex reporting needs

Implement validation checks at the presentation layer to ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and traceable to source data prior to release

Optimize dashboard loading times and refresh schedules to sustain responsive end-user interaction

Ensure dashboards are 508-compliant and meet usability and accessibility expectations

Required

Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards and reports in Salesforce CRM Analytics, Power BI, and/or Tableau

Working knowledge of data modeling concepts and KPI definitions; ability to translate business needs into analytics requirements

Proficiency in SQL to validate and troubleshoot data used in dashboards and reports

Ability to perform presentation-layer validation and reconcile reporting outputs to source systems

Knowledge of 508 compliance principles and ability to apply accessibility best practices

This position requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related quantitative field

This position requires access to military installations. Must be able to qualify for and obtain base access and pass a background check. Must be a U.S. citizen

Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers

Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations

Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer

Ability to walk for extended periods throughout the work day including moving between buildings and covering long distances by foot
