Blue Komodo is seeking a results-driven Insurance Sales Professional with a proven record of success in sales and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in insurance sales and a strong understanding of technology, SaaS, and AI-powered solutions.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their coverage needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
Drive revenue growth by generating new business opportunities and managing existing client accounts
Leverage technology tools, CRM systems, and analytics to optimize sales performance and client engagement
Present complex insurance and tech-integrated solutions in a clear, consultative manner
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies for tech-enabled insurance products
Stay current on insurance market trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven solutions that enhance client value
Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining compliance and ethical sales standards
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in life, health, or commercial lines
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM systems, digital sales tools, and data-driven sales practices
Self-motivated with a growth mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Active insurance license (required or willing to obtain)
