Responsibilities

Partner and engage with leaders within the GGM (Global Growth Marketing) organization and other cross-functional teams to develop strategies, prioritize investments, optimize innovation portfolio, manage product lifecycles, and ensure financial performance targets are met or exceeded
Support and build business case valuations for numerous pipeline projects and present key financial product overviews to project teams and finance leadership
Responsible for managing the financial valuation models
Perform month end close responsibilities including preparation of journal entries, accruals, balance sheet recs, providing commentary on actual versus budgeted results, reporting headcount & capital, and reviewing results with business partners
Assist in all aspects of forecast cycles for sales and expenses by partnering with Global Finance leaders and U.S. Commercial teams to understanding sales projections, headcount assumptions and expense to craft a total P&L as well as load all data points into financial systems

Required

A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance or Accounting
A minimum of 3 years of finance and accounting experience is required
Candidate must possess excellent analytical (MS Excel), conceptual, communication, accounting fundamentals and interpersonal skills
Have a collaborative style to work effectively in a matrix organization across functional groups is required
The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment is required
Must work well in a dynamic environment, work independently, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and recommend and implement process improvements
Ability to effectively communicate and influence others at all levels within a matrixed organization is required

Preferred

An MBA, CPA, CMA, and/or other financial certifications are preferred
Experience with SAP, Tableau, TM1 and AFO is preferred
