Responsibilities

Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting and in person outreach across hospitality and takeaway brands
Run high quality discovery meetings, recommend the right packaging solutions and close new business
Maintain a disciplined follow up cadence across email, calls, texts and visits to drive conversion
Keep CRM data accurate and up to date including contacts, stages, notes and activity tracking
Learn customer objections quickly and refine messaging to improve win rates
Share customer insights with marketing and operations to strengthen conversion and fulfillment
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly new business targets as the territory grows

Required

1-3 years in B2B sales or growth (hospitality/F&B/retail a plus)
Confident with outbound prospecting and building a pipeline from scratch
Comfortable doing field sales (walking into venues, meeting operators face-to-face)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative approach
Organized, self-directed and motivated by targets
CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)
