Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end solution and integration architecture for the platform
Provide technical vision, leadership, and design governance
Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, cloud, data, and security frameworks
Oversee technical delivery for large, complex initiatives
Design secure, scalable, and resilient end-to-end solutions aligned with business needs and enterprise architecture standards
Define architectural principles and integration patterns
Lead and mentor engineering teams, develop architectural blueprints, and resolve complex technical issues while ensuring high-quality delivery
Partner with enterprise architecture, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure consistent execution of IT strategy
Analyze use cases and integration needs; work with Business Analysts to maintain end-to-end requirements traceability
Provide subject matter expertise in modern and emerging technologies to drive innovation and reduce risk
Provide technical input to planning, track progress, and escalate risks to ensure successful delivery
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience in software development and solution delivery
Expertise in microservices and data integration
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles
Proven ability to lead technical teams and influence stakeholders
10+ years' experience in solution architecture and technology leadership
Complex platform or vendor system integration in Treasury or Liquidity Technology
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial systems
Experience with large-scale data platforms, pipelines, or calculation engines
Preferred
Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Experience with Treasury, Liquidity Management, or balance sheet systems
Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
