Responsibilities

Review, track, and process project invoices for accuracy and compliance
Review and track contractor Time & Materials (T&M) tickets
Administer and maintain project change control documentation
Perform data entry and support miscellaneous cost and financial reporting activities
Assist with cost tracking, forecasting, and reconciliation of project expenses
Maintain organized and accurate project cost records and documentation
Support audits and internal reviews as required
Perform other cost control–related tasks in support of project execution

Required

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in basic computer applications with above-average Excel skills
Working knowledge of spreadsheets, data entry, and reporting tools
Basic understanding of construction projects and project lifecycle
Basic understanding of contracting methods and documentation
Basic understanding of accounting and cost control principles
Ability to follow direction, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment

Preferred

Prior experience in project cost control, accounting support, or project administration
Experience working with construction or utility-related projects
Familiarity with invoice processing, T&M tracking, and change management
