Responsibilities
Lead the operational execution of a global Phase 3 PA study from planning to delivery
Own timelines, budgets, quality, and study deliverables
Manage and oversee CROs, clinical sites, vendors, and service providers
Coordinate global clinical activities across US and EU
Ensure compliance with GCP and ICH guidelines and maintain inspection readiness
Act as the main operational interface to Clinical, Medical, and Regulatory teams
Qualification
Required
Strong background in late-stage (Phase 3) clinical operations
Demonstrated experience in Primary Aldosteronism or related endocrine / cardiovascular clinical programs
Proven hands-on experience with CRO oversight and vendor management
Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, compliance, and inspections
Comfortable working in a lean biotech environment with high accountability
Fluency in English
Preferred
German is a plus
