Responsibilities
Perform laboratory and engineering testing in accordance with SOPs and established methods
Operate and support analytical and mechanical testing equipment
Document test results, investigations, and reports using internal systems and software tools
Assist with method development, troubleshooting, and preparation of technical documentation
Support quality systems including investigations, OOS/OOT, and data archiving
Coordinate receipt, handling, and shipment of samples
Maintain compliance with cGMP, ISO, and safety requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project and departmental goals
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
0–3 years of experience in a laboratory, engineering, or regulated manufacturing environment
Strong documentation, technical writing, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn additional software systems
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or related field preferred
Experience with mechanical or physical testing (e.g., Instron, Zwick)
Familiarity with particle testing, dimensional analysis, or container closure integrity
Exposure to method development, validation, or quality systems
