Responsibilities
Evaluate existing systems and business processes to define requirements and develop effective solutions
Write, test, and debug code to ensure functionality and compliance with specifications
Provide ongoing system monitoring, updates, and troubleshooting
Partner with business users, developers, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
Create and maintain system design documents, technical manuals, and user guides
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and creatively
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5+ years in a similar senior-level role
Strong understanding of database structures and management systems; experience in large, regulated industry environments preferred
Prior experience with offshore wind or regenerative energy technologies such as vHIVE, WIND Toolkit, or related platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proven leadership, collaboration, and teamwork across multidisciplinary environments
Minimum 5 years of directly related professional experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Mathematics
Preferred
Ability to remain composed and effective in high-intensity or rapidly evolving situations
Candidates with experience in financial services, regulated industries, or renewable energy technology are highly preferred
