The ideal candidate will manage complex ERP projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while overseeing diverse stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities
Lead global Oracle and SAP ERP programs involving 20+ team members and budgets exceeding $750M
Manage end-to-end ERP project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, risk, and delivery
Establish and maintain project budgets, schedules, change requests, risk and issue logs
Develop and maintain detailed integration schedules (5,000+ lines)
Provide executive-level project status reports, dashboards, and forecasts
Coordinate multi-vendor and SaaS system integrations
Oversee technical teams responsible for system architecture and data integrations
Manage COTS (Commercial Off-the-Shelf) technology implementations
Work closely with government agencies, internal departments, and system owners
Ensure compliance with PMO, EPMO, and governance standards
Use Clarity and MS Project for portfolio, schedule, and resource management
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and delivery gaps
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience managing Oracle and/or SAP ERP programs
Proven experience managing large global ERP implementations with budgets over $750M
7+ years of formal IT Project Management experience
Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, risk, issue, and change management
5+ years using project portfolio management tools such as Clarity
5+ years of advanced MS Project usage
Experience managing multi-vendor and government IT environments
Experience leading technical teams, system integrations, and SaaS platforms
Prior Developer or Senior Technical Project Manager experience
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Preferred
PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
Experience in government ERP programs
Experience with COTS-based enterprise systems
