Responsibilities

Provide post–go-live technical and functional support for Anaplan models, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and user assistance
Maintain, configure, and enhance Anaplan models, including field-to-field data mapping, data integration, migration, conversion validation, security configuration, and testing (UAT and system integration)
Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions, while collaborating with internal stakeholders and vendors to implement solutions aligned with best practices
Review, prioritize, and resolve support tickets from internal and external users efficiently, managing priorities, scope, timelines, and key milestones
Communicate effectively at all levels ; managerial, technical, and user providing high-touch customer service and enabling cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams and use cases

Anaplan model buildingAnaplan solution architectureAnaplan Model Builder certificationMicrosoft ExcelSQLEnd-user support

Required

Hands-on experience with Anaplan model building
Experience working with financial or multi-dimensional models
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Working knowledge of SQL and ability to navigate basic queries
Anaplan solution architecture experience
Background in end-user support or application support roles
Anaplan Model Builder certification
