Expertise in mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CICS) and hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, debugging, and deploying mainframe applications
Domain experience in healthcare claims adjudication processes in recent projects
Leadership skills to guide offshore leads and developers, ensuring technical excellence and accountability
Ability to coordinate daily activities between onsite and offshore teams, driving alignment, and successful project delivery
Experience in supporting UAT and managing production deployments for smooth implementation
