Responsibilities
Inspects product in development, during production, and in its completed state to ensure the product conforms to customer’s specifications
Assure that product measurements fall within very tight tolerances
Assure products comply with customer specifications
Maintains records for all inspected products
Operates from specific and definite directions and instructions, under minimal supervision
Qualification
Required
High school education or equivalent
Minimum of one year quality control/quality assurance experience
Advanced math skills
Requires continuous on the job training that will lead to related certifications
Inspects product in development, during production, and in its completed state to ensure the product conforms to customer's specifications
Assure that product measurements fall within very tight tolerances
Assure products comply with customer specifications
Maintains records for all inspected products
Operates from specific and definite directions and instructions, under minimal supervision
With assistance, be able to push or pull up to 50 pounds and carry up to 30 pounds
May assist in other areas during peak seasonal activity
Preferred
Knowledge of all aspects of the company's operations and customer history is a plus
