Responsibilities

Sourcing, screening, and placing exceptional technology professionals across various specializations

Developing a deep understanding of the technology landscape and talent market in the Charlotte metro area and beyond

Managing the full candidate recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate engagement through offer acceptance and beyond

Achieving and exceeding revenue targets through strategic desk management

Attending requisition meetings with internal account managers and external clients to understand the brief for yourself!
