Lead and support the PPAP process: write, review, and approve submissions
Evaluate supply constraints and quality concerns; issue deviations when needed
Support new supplier launches, ensuring parts are built to print and delivered on schedule
Manage and maintain project timelines across multiple part changes and launches
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
Strong verbal/written communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
A team-oriented, detail-focused work style
Ability to read/interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
Familiarity with engineering software (including CAD)
Comfortable managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
Preferred
2–4 years of relevant experience preferred
