They are seeking a Customer Operations Intern to support their Customer Success team by managing the operational execution of customer accounts and daily vehicle shipments.

Responsibilities
Support the operational management of customer accounts by ensuring shipments are executed accurately and on time
Assist with day-to-day account workflows and internal coordination for active customers
Provide operational support to the Customer Success and Account Management teams
Help ensure customer expectations are met through strong execution and follow-through
Manage the execution of daily vehicle shipments from pickup to delivery
Ensure shipment details are accurately entered, maintained, and updated in internal systems
Monitor shipments for delays or issues and escalate appropriately
Help identify the best operational solutions when exceptions arise
Assist with sourcing and communicating with auto hauler partners
Support load assignment and coverage to meet customer timelines
Help maintain accurate carrier and lane information
Review shipment data to ensure accuracy and completeness
Assist with reporting, documentation, and process improvements
Help maintain clean, reliable account and shipment data across systems
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in operations, logistics, or account management
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple workflows
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred
Majors in supply chain, logistics, business, operations, or related fields preferred
Juniors or seniors only; must be able to work 28+ hours per week
