This role involves supporting and maintaining specialized E-commerce infrastructure in AWS and on-premises UNIX/Linux environments, focusing on secure file transfer technologies and cloud administration.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Axway Secure Transport, SFTP, and IBM Connect:Direct in AWS and on-premises Solaris/Linux environments
Manage AWS cloud environments, including EC2, S3, Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and EKS/ECS
Implement infrastructure using CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, CloudFormation, AWS CDK, or Terraform
Support containerized workloads (Docker, Kubernetes) and manage SSL/TLS certificates and encryption
Perform operations support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and change management (CM)
Document processes, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with internal stakeholders effectively
Work off-hours, weekends, and on-call as needed to maintain service availability

Required

Candidates must be able to obtain Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship to qualify
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant experience (or 10+ years with HS diploma) in UNIX/Linux administration and AWS operations
Strong experience with secure file transfer solutions (Axway, SFTP, Connect:Direct)
Proficiency in scripting/programming: Shell, Bash, Python, Ansible
Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure automation
Knowledge of networking fundamentals, data encryption, and certificate management
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead projects and work in a dynamic cross-organizational team
