Responsibilities

Drive organizational change by designing and implementing NPD frameworks that align with business strategy and foster cross-functional collaboration

Serve as a change agent, influencing culture, behaviors, and adoption of new processes across engineering, operations, and business units

Partner with senior leadership to identify transformation opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and establish governance models

Lead workshops and stakeholder engagements to harmonize processes and embed best practices across global teams

Develop and execute change management strategies, including communication plans, training programs, and adoption metrics

Champion continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights and industry benchmarks to optimize performance

Monitor process effectiveness using KPIs and continuously refine frameworks to improve speed, quality, and compliance

Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for process improvement
