Responsibilities

Expert administration of Windows Server 2019–2022 in enterprise environments

Extensive experience with Active Directory / Entra, VMware vSphere, and Hyper-V

Advanced scripting skills using PowerShell, MS Graph, and VBScript

Proven experience managing large, multi-vendor server environments

Strong troubleshooting leadership, root cause analysis, and risk mitigation skills

Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred) and high-tempo support operations

Knowledge of security standards such as DISA STIGs and CIS Benchmarks
