10+ years expG Associates LLC is seeking a Senior-level Maximo Developer with strong hands-on experience supporting and enhancing IBM Maximo 7.6 environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise across Maximo customization, integrations, and automation scripting, while also having a solid understanding of Supply Chain processes within asset-intensive organizations.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support custom Maximo 7.6 solutions including applications, workflows, escalations, and automation scripts
Develop and maintain integrations using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) supporting Supply Chain and asset management processes
Build and enhance automation scripts using Python and Jython to support procurement, inventory, and work management workflows
Perform Java-based customizations and extensions within the Maximo framework
Support and optimize Supply Chain–related modules including Purchasing, Inventory, Contracts, Vendors, and Item Master
Enable and support integrations between Maximo and ERP, procurement, and supplier systems
Collaborate with business, Supply Chain, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system performance and data integrity
Develop technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities
Qualification
Required
Senior-level experience as a Maximo Developer in enterprise environments
Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo 7.6
Expertise in Python and Jython automation scripting
Solid Java development experience related to Maximo customizations
Extensive experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes including procurement, inventory management, and vendor management
Experience supporting Maximo Supply Chain modules (Purchasing, Inventory, Contracts, Receiving)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to work independently in a remote project environment
Maximo: 10 years (Required)

Preferred
Experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS)
