Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging industry trends
Assist in generating and qualifying leads through various channels including digital platforms and networking events
Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with the BD team to develop and implement outreach strategies
Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track interactions and progress
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve business development processes
Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to help refine business approaches

Required

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated interest in business development or sales

Preferred

Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools
Previous internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
Strong organizational and time management skills
