Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise Azure data platforms
Architect and build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure-native services
Define data engineering standards, best practices, and frameworks
Develop and optimize solutions using batch and real-time data processing
Oversee data ingestion, transformation, validation, and quality frameworks
Drive performance tuning, cost optimization, and scalability improvements
Collaborate with architects, BI teams, data scientists, and business leaders
Ensure data security, governance, and compliance across platforms
Review code, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical guidance
Participate in solution design, sprint planning, and release management
Support production deployments and critical issue resolution
Qualification
Required
10–14+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering
Mandatory MNC experience in India
Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Azure data platforms
Strong communication and leadership skills
Available for long-term full-time employment
